What if you owned a large commercial property, but this left you without the funds to invest in another interesting venture – or you need to update the property to increase its return potential from tenants?  One solution is a sale- leaseback arrangement (but with a twist).  What is the market value of your property – land and buildings separately?  If the building is valued at US$1 – 10 Million or above US$25 million and you can provide evidence you have the ability to finance such figures, we may hve the solution where you get your funds and at the end of a predetermined time also receive your property back with clear and free title.  Interesting stuff!

  1. Another option is to use your existing property to back a private funding of your new project. Private investors can be very creative if you have a good deal and know what you are doing. My investors are always looking to help with these types of arrangements. http://www.basefunding.com
